What is our recruitment process?
  • Our recruitment process comprises 4 steps: application and initial selection; first interview; second interview; final decision.

  • If you’re interested and meet the required criteria, please complete the application form according to provided instructions. The on-line application system will assist you in sending documents, helping us to select the most attractive candidates as soon as possible.

  • If your offer meets our requirements, we will contact you and invite you to the first interview.

  • The first interview will give us a sense of who you are and what are your skills and professional competences.

  • The second interview with a candidate selected by our HR Department will be carried out by the Division Head.

  • In the third meeting we will offer terms and conditions of employment, ask for your feedback, and complete formal requirements.
