The Elmex gel with amine fluoride is a medicinal product with a higher fluoride content providing effective caries protection and preventing from teeth hypersensitivity. Its anticaries effect has been confirmed in many school prophylactics programmes in Switzerland and other European countries.

The gel has a medicinal effect: it remineralizes caries at the early stage and forms a homogeneous protective layer on tooth surfaces sealing up open dentinal tubules and preventing painful sensitive teeth.

Especially recommended to users at a high risk of caries: wearers of braces, bridges and partial dentures.

Elmex gel 25g is available from pharmacies over the counter. Use it once a week instead of or after the regular toothpaste. Elmex gel 215g is used by dental professionals and in school prophylactics programmes.
